About Me

I am a Miami based user experience design consultant with expertise in building digital experiences for some of culture's favorite brands. My background is in motion graphics and experience strategy.

I started my career in fashion and beauty e-commerce, where I was curious about the relationship between offline and online shopping experiences. Some of the fashion brands I have worked with include Chanel Beauty, Calvin Klein, Canada Goose, GameStop, Tory Burch, Pablo, Velour Beauty, Emcee Studios, Genies, and Hermès.

Impact

Tory Burch

During my time at Tory Burch, I worked on the global redesign of toryburch.com. I was the design lead on Checkout and My Favorites, also known as Wishlist. For the Checkout redesign, there was a +12% lift in conversion upon launch. With its success, we did an international rollout to the Middle East, Japan, and North America. For My Favorites redesign, there was an increase of +13% add to cart, 2250 account creations, and +3% conversion.
